Tracking your order
1. Order confirmation
Right after checkout, you receive an order confirmation by email with your order number and a summary of what you ordered.
2. While your piece is made
Every piece is made to order in our workshop. Please allow 5–10 working days before dispatch.
3. Shipping tracking
Once your order ships via DTDC, we send a separate email with your tracking number and a link to follow it.
