Returns & Refunds

Made-to-Order Policy

Because every frame is built to order for you specifically, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please review your order details carefully before placing it.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged in transit or is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Write to hello@cosmicliving.in with your order number and photos.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Refund amounts are in INR (₹) and may vary slightly due to payment gateway processing.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, production may have already begun and cancellations cannot be accommodated.
