Shipping Policy

Build & Dispatch Times

All frames are built to order in our workshop. Standard lead time is 5–10 working days from the date of payment. Custom-sized frames and gallery wall sets may require up to 15 working days.

You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking details once your order leaves the workshop.

Shipping Coverage

We ship across India. Orders are dispatched via reputable courier partners. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 2–5 working days depending on your location.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery pincode and order dimensions. All charges are displayed in INR (₹) inclusive of applicable taxes.

Packaging

Frames are individually wrapped in acid-free tissue, secured with foam corner guards, and packed in double-walled corrugated boxes. We take the safety of your order seriously.
